Palmisano is an Italian company, born by the will and with the mission, to produce and bring the tradition of southern Italian pastry - and in particular of Sicilian cannoli - into the world.

The founders, Giuseppe Palmisano and his wife Grazia Minardi started the business in 1992 and with passion and tenacity in 2012, they transformed the firm into a modern company, specialized in the production of semi-finished products for pastry, for Retail and HORECA channels.
Palmisano has always placed at the center, the principles of quality, service and professionalism, with great attention to the customer, the environment and the territory.
The highly technological production lines are able to always maintain high quality standards and productivity, in order to satisfy the growing demands.
Since 1999 Palmisano started to export and - thanks to a partnership in North America - can count on a logistics base capable of reaching the whole area.
