KANIMARI Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Controlled Origin Of Denomination
Brillant straw yellow color with greenish lights. Intense and continuous aroma, notes of pear and lime tree, it is enriched by citrus and vegetable fragrances.
Kanimari is a fresh, dry wine, with a distinct acid perception, initially unveiling the citrus fragrance.
A warm, tasty, elegance wine, with a lengthy taste and smell persistence.
A classical fish wine, ideal for grilled sea food and fish; but also with fish soups, and Mediterranean style baked fish. Excellent aperitif.
Deep ruby red colour with violet reflections, initial notes of mature red fruits, sweet spices and toast from oak. Full-bodied with soft mature tannins. Pronounced intensity on the nose and a long finish.
Kentales Moscato di Sardegna Passito DOC Cantine Chessa
Kentàles, Moscato di Sardegna Passito DOC, is obtained from grapes harvested late and left to partially dry in the sun. In colour it is brilliant yellow, its nose is intense and stylish, with aromas of flowers accompanied by appealing notes of nuts and honey.
Its flavour, sustained by the right degree of acidity, is fine and full and offers pleasing sensations. A wine for slow sipping, it matches well with blue cheeses and typical Sardinian sweets.
The nomè is a Piceno slang expression that indicates "something precious".
Characterized by a greater presence of Montepulciano than Sangiovese, both harvested from our 60 years old vineyards, and for 18 months in small French oak barrels and then aged for 12 months in the bottle before release.. Koné is an impetuous wine showing prominent acidity and elegant tannins. with notes of black cherry, fruit leather, coffee and licorice which are intense both on the nose and in the mouth.
